Available Coaching Services
and Associated Fees

Unlike some dubious coaching firms, Gene Levine's Coaching Division has been successfully coaching businesses, organizations and people for more than 50 years. Our client list confirms our renowned reputation by listing those who have utilized our expertise to enhance and ensure their success. Here are some typical business assignment results:

  • On assignments to increase productivity and reduce costs, I guaranteed a 30% minimum productivity improvement and always delivered more.

  • When retained by companies to keep them union-free I never failed in achieving that goal.

  • My coaching division succeeded in helping every client we mentored and coached achieve his or her goal.

The above examples should help you understand that when you decide to retain us you're going to be dealing with a premier firm that knows how to succeed, and has an unblemished record of accomplishment to prove it.

An Overview of Our Success Coaching is a good place to visit to learn how we maintain our renowned reputation as being one of the leaders in the consulting/coaching field. Also, if you choose to review a list of the advantages of retaining our firm click here.

Regardless of which firm you retain, you can expect to get exactly what you pay for. We are a premier firm that has always exceeded our customer's expectations and we therefore make no apologies for being one of the highest paid coaching professionals. Coaching firms that charge less know precisely what their services are worth.

Our success-coaching retainers vary according to the scope of the project and your wants and needs. Some assignments can only be performed one-on-one, during on-site visitations. Other coaching projects can be handled using effective distant coaching methodologies via emails or the telephone (with mutually agreed upon days and hours for the lessons).

As discussed in detail in our Success Coaching Overview, your project requirements and associated final fees for our services can only be determined after careful analysis. To accomplish this approach we begin by providing you with a Confidential Questionnaire. If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement, you can send us a copy of that Agreement to us prior to our sending you the Confidential Questionnaire.

Gene Levine's Coaching Division

2512 NW 82nd Street

Gainesville, Florida, 32606

It is the practice of Gene Levine Associates to formulate a success program only after receiving and analyzing the information in your Confidential Questionnaire. After our analysis we require the following:

  1. A phone discussions with the decision maker after we review the questionnaire to answer any questions or concerns.

  2. If the potential assignment is a business or organization we require an on-site review of your facilities and procedures; and finally,

  3. Your written willingness to totally commit to utilizing our professional skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.

Possible Visitation Prior to Finalizing The Project

Analyzing the matrix of your provided data will allow us to present you (or if a business, your company's management) a proposed  assignment designed to help you to reach your stated goals. Our goal will be to make your personal life more satisfying and rewarding (or if a business, solving the issues you're retaining us to solve).

Depending upon the scope of the assignment, we may require a visitation to a mutually agreed upon location to make our presentation of the proposed assignment and answer any questions or concerns.

Visitation Information

Until you retain us, there are absolutely no fees except for those associated with possible visitations. In the event a visitation is necessary, reimbursement to us will include coach seating air fare from a North Florida area regional airport to your area's regional airport and return, Florida airport parking, rental car (if required), lodging, meals and any miscellaneous out-of-pocket expenses. All receipts will be provided and billed at cost.

Engagement for Success "Memo of Understanding"

After that visitation we will send you copies of our Engagement for Success  Memo of Understanding for you to review. This important document will plainly state the mutually agreed upon final scope and incremental phases of the assignment, our commitment to you, the assignment's expectations and the projected minimum/maximum man-days and fees for each phase as well as the minimum/maximum coaching fees and any other associated costs.

How We Perceive Our Relationship With You

Our job is to update your paradigms and help you replace any negative baggage and traditional thinking with positive, proven ideas. This is the best investment you can make, because these sustainable changes will improve you and all you represent.

Be Very Careful About Which Coach You Hire

When you are thinking of retaining a coach to develop your future and help you achieve the success you desire, you will find there are many firms. Like artists, coaching firms and coaches are not created equally. Some have the expertise; others hide their inabilities by offering low coaching costs. If price is your only consideration, you may not be for us.

You May Be Able To Deduct the Cost of Our Training

Your accountant can help you determine if any investments you make to success coaches are tax deductible. Expenses of continuing education undertaken to maintain and improve business and professional skills may be tax-deductible. (Treas. Reg. 1-162-5. Coughlin vs. Commissioner, 203F 2d 307.)

Coaching fees are declared either under Schedule C (for self-owned businesses) or Schedule A (for those employed by others). If you use Schedule A, coaching would be included on Line 20 and is subject to an exclusion of 2% of your adjusted gross income.

We Require a Retainer

A non-refundable retainer equal to 1/10th of the entire projected investment is due upon the signing of the Engagement for Success Memo of Understanding. The reason for this retainer is that we are prevented from accepting any other assignments due to your booking our time, and should you cancel or change the dates, we have lost billing income. The retainer will be deducted from billed fees once the project begins until the retainer amount has been exhausted.
