RULES GOVERNING PROPRIETARY G.L.A. MATERIALS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAINING MANUALS, EBOOKS AND/OR REPRINTS

Our materials are all proprietary property of Gene Levine. You may not reprint or distribute our materials without permission for any use other than as described in the policies that follow. Reprinting without our expressed permission deprives us of our just income and will be considered intellectual property theft. We are protected by 1998 "Digital Millennium Copyright Act" and will aggressively pursue violators of our expressed policies.

All of our materials on this site are registered at the Copyright Office of the US Library of Congress and as such, any unauthorized uses are subject to statutory damages of up to $150,000. If you infringe on our intellectual property you will also be subject to pay our substantial lawyers fees.

Just because you can see stuff on our website doesn't mean it's yours. Today's technology tells us who's visiting our site. For example, without using cookies, we know your IP address, your browser and operating system and the date and time of your visit.
